Drainage Systems
French drains, surface drains, and regrading that direct water away from your foundation and prevent erosion.
Santa Barbara gets most of its rain in a handful of heavy storms, and hillside lots move that water fast. If your yard floods, your patio holds puddles, or water runs toward the house instead of away from it, the grade is the problem — not the plants.
We diagnose where the water actually goes, then fix it with the right combination of French drains, surface drains, catch basins, and regrading. Lines are sized and sloped to daylight or to the street so the system keeps working without maintenance.
Done properly, drainage protects your foundation, stops erosion on slopes, and keeps everything you build on top of it — patio, deck, lawn — from settling or failing later.
